Great location. Amazing views from everywhere in the house. Awesome kitchen with all the supplies we needed. The two car garage was an added bonus when the big snowstorm hit.

The two king bedrooms were very comfortable but not so much in the bunk room or other guest bedroom. It was very stuffy in the bunk room. The kitchen was very well stocked! The bathroom shower in the upstairs bedroom had poor water pressure but I loved the tub!

Great stay in Breck

This house had a spacious and open feel, with excellent views overlooking Breck. Layout was great for our family and the house is a very short ride to Shock Hill Gondola and Peak 8 Base. Would stay here again!

We loved this rental! The house is gorgeous and there was so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy! It was close to the bus stop for easy access to skiing, and the hot tub was wonderful!There were a couple issues related to cleanliness and functionality. The dishwasher was full when we arrived and there were dishes and utensils that weren't clean in the cabinets. There is a broken rack in the dishwasher making it hard to wash efficiently. The ice machine on the fridge wasn't working. The sinks in the downstairs king bath were clogged. And there were three semi-full propane tanks for the grill so we had to switch out in the middle of cooking. None of these issues were horrible. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely return, but felt like, for the money, we would have liked to not have had these issues.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay, the property is located in a great area close enough to walk but you still feel away from the hustle and bustle. The house was very clean and had everything was accurately described. We loved our stay there and will definitely be back!

Perfect place in Breckenridge

Our family had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. It’s our second time staying at this property. Minutes to the gondolas and peak 8 skiing and a few minutes to Breckenridge.

BEST VRBO EVER!

We will definitely be back! This VRBO property was the best we have ever had! The home was gorgeous…even prettier than the pictures. The location was amazing and the property manager was wonderful. Our family had the best time and we cannot wait to book this again.

Family Get Away

We took family from out of town to Breckenridge for a couple of days and they loved the house and the town. We ended up ordering food in one night because everyone was enjoying the house so much and cooked in the gorgeous kitchen the other night. The location of the property is excellent and close to town but also secluded enough relax. Highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for your review of Sunrise Ski Haus. This is a beautiful home and a great location! We are sorry the internet was not up to par. One of the downsides of being in the mountains is the limited bandwidth when Breckenridge is busy. During such times, WiFi can run a little bit slower. We hope to see you again.

Reviewer Comments: The Sunrise Ski House is in a great location overlooking Breckenridge and within walking distance to the Breckenridge bus that takes you downtown. The home is warm with a nice kitchen and living area where our family could gather and cook evening meals.

The house is clean and well appointed with plenty of room. We didn't cook anything other than breakfast but the kitchen seemed well equipped. For skiing, the location was an easy walk to the bus stop which was a quick ride to the Peak 8 base. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful!

No need to look any further. This is an excellent house with beautiful views and a convenient location close to downtown. All ten of us enjoyed the house and amenities. It exceeded our expectations! Thank you for such a great house with excellent communication the whole time we were in Breckenridge. We had a wonderful time.
