Derby Den in Derby, Derbyshire, sleeps six people in four bedrooms.
Derby Den is a house consisting of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining seating, a sitting room with a Smart TV with Netflix, two sofas, and two armchairs. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite, twin, and two singles. There is a bathroom with a bath, a shower over, and basin and a WC and cloakroom with a basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn and private driveway parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Enjoy a refreshing break with your loved ones at Derby Den.

Derby is also a great base to explore nearby Peak District delights such as Ashbourne with itâs narrow cobbled alleys, coaching inns and many fine Georgian buildings. Or head Matlock and Matlock Bath, which have been attracting visitors since the 17th century. A host of attractions await including Gulliverâs Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum. Magnificent views down the gorge can be enjoyed from the cable car which takes visitors up to the Heights of Abraham â a great place for all the family with its showcaves, nature trail and water gardens. A little further north is the market town of Bakewell and the world renowned Chatsworth House and Gardens, a lavish stately home with noted art collection plus a playground and farmyard in the lush grounds.
