Great property with wonderful views of the lake. Host was very prompt with any questions we had. Located conveniently to shopping, restaurants and more importantly (for me anyway) a number of great golf courses. Can't go wrong with this spot.

Great view and location on the lake

What a beautiful lake and a great location to stay on the water. It was a comfortable home and provided us with all we needed for a good vacation in Tellico Village. We loved all of the great golf options.

You cannot beat the lake view, especially in the morning! The property was very good overall, becoming a little dated but was clean and organized very well. The main room was a very good place for family to gather. We stayed over the weekend for my daughter's graduation from UT and apartment move, so unfortunately we were very busy and didn't get to enjoy the lake or outdoor areas as much as we would have liked but still glad we went with the lake house instead of a hotel. We knew it was going to be a bit of a drive into Knoxville but the traffic did make the commute longer than anticipated. The neighborhood was wonderful, did not feel unsafe at all, even arriving after dark. I would book it again and hopefully get to explore the lake next trip!

Beautiful Home!!

This house was amazing! Great space for my family to stay in. 5 bedrooms makes this house a perfect house for a larger family. Wish we could have enjoyed using the dock, a little too cold when we stayed. We look forward to booking again the next time we are there.

Yes my family just love to go down to the house but we have expanded to 12 and then friends, we usually must rent another house if we go down together. Boat & Golf getaway

We brought our neighbors and another couple to experience where we lived for two years. Tellico Village is our favorite place to go boating. We also played a round of golf at Toqua. Great location and we’ll be back for another stay.

House provided a lovely stay for the 6 of us. Beds comfy. Plentiful space at dining table and living room. Great view of lake from the deck. Ample supplies and linens available. The only negative comment is the kitchen register (bent and unstable). Exactly the space and access we needed for our vehicles, motorcyclesAnd scooter. We so enjoyed having the opportunity to stay at your Chuniloti property

Perfect for a long guy's weekend!

Robert called me as soon as I booked with kind welcoming words, along with instructions on who to contact for all of our accommodation needs. He even offered to help us make tee times. Such a great host and a perfect location right on the water and super close to the course. We would rent this house again in a second!

Had 8 guys go down for a little golf trip inside the village. The house couldn’t have been situated better for us. House was awesome for the number and the dock just made it that much more special. Couldn’t have asked for anything better honestly.
