Premium Villas -2 in total- expand in a 55 square meters area and are dressed in nude shades of grey, beige and white. They are open-concept villas, featuring an outdoor plunge pool on the balcony (that is heated during winter time), one bedroom with a king-size bed with anatomic mattresses and ensuite bathroom, and a living area equipped with a sleeper sofa bed -sleeping two more people-, and an additional bathroom. Their terraces offer sea and village views, outdoor furniture, and sunbeds. The villas include flat-screen Smart TVs with satellite channels, autonomous air conditioning, laptop-size safes, and many more amenities, ensuring a luxurious stay.
The villas are located in Finikia, Oia, 1 km away (approximately 15-20 min walk) to the city's center with a variety of shops, galleries, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. In the village of Finikia, you may also find local restaurants within a few minutes walk from the property.
