The Space:
Step into the charm of Brussels with our cozy studio apartment, perfectly situated just moments away from the renowned Grand Place. A celebrated UNESCO World Heritage Site, this iconic square boasts breathtaking architecture and centuries of rich cultural history waiting to be explored.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Grand Place’s majestic towers and picturesque cobblestone streets right from your window. This incredible panorama immerses you in the vibrant and historic atmosphere of Brussels, making it one of the apartment’s most captivating features.

Inside, the bright and welcoming living space is framed by two large French windows that showcase the beauty of the Grand Place and the surrounding cityscape. The studio is thoughtfully designed, featuring a spacious 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a charming round dining table.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need, including:

2 electric burners
Refrigerator with freezer compartment
Toaster
Nespresso coffee machine
Electric kettle
Cutlery and flatware for 4 guests
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, towel warmer, toilet, and generous storage space.

For families with young children, we provide a baby cot (travel pack n’ play) upon request, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for everyone.

● Additional requests for these amenities and supplies will be subject to an extra fee.

● Many of these items can also be conveniently purchased from nearby stores.

Towels:

● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.
● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.
● For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.

Cleaning Request:

● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Self check-in is available anytime after 4pm, offering you flexibility and convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Historic Charm: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building. Due to its protected status, the building retains its characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door, adding to the historic ambiance.

Entertainment: The TV is equipped with Netflix only; there is no cable TV available.

Central Location: Being in a lively central area, the streets are often bustling with people and the sounds of nearby restaurants. It may get noisy, but we provide earplugs for your comfort.

Check-out Policy: We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After this period, a late check-out fee will apply.

Additionally, please note that any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
