Stylish three-storey townhouse in Salcombe, perfectly located within walking distance of the town centre, beaches, cafés and coastal paths. Set in a peaceful spot with countryside views, this refurbished home is ideal for families, friends, or remote workers. Pet-friendly and with two free off-street parking spaces, it comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

The property features three bedrooms, including a bright loft king room with en-suite and two twin bedrooms. Guests frequently comment on the extremely comfortable beds, spacious layout, and spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated interiors. The large open-plan living area includes a cozy log burner and large Smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a separate utility/laundry room make longer stays easy. High-speed fibre broadband and a dedicated home office provide a great setup for working remotely.

We had a fab week in Salcombe, the property has everything you need to make you feel at home. The home office is a bonus if you need to work whilst staying. Seb was really responsive and helpful if we had any questions, thank you! We’ll definitely look to stay again in the future.

A fab property in Salcombe. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. A comfy lounge, great dining table with plenty of chairs. Every bedroom had great beds and nice linen. We had a great time and hope to return sometime. A great location for a 15 min walk into town, but be prepared for the hill on the way back! 😂 We had a fab weekend and loved it.
