The basement level is dedicated to wellness and relaxation, featuring a private sauna and an additional WC—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The ground floor hosts a bright and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and both front and back yards that create an inviting flow between indoor and outdoor living.
On the first floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering restful spaces for families or groups.
The rooftop terrace is the ultimate highlight, boasting a private jacuzzi with panoramic views—an ideal spot to enjoy the Cretan sun or stargaze in the evening.

Guest Access & Privacy
Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, including the sauna, jacuzzi, and outdoor spaces, ensuring a private and uninterrupted stay.

The nearby port and waterfront add to Souda’s appeal, offering scenic walks and fresh seafood dining options. With its strategic location, Souda also serves as a perfect base for exploring Crete’s renowned beaches, such as Balos, Elafonissi, and Falassarna.

Transit Options
Free parking is available near the property, making it convenient for guests with a rental car. The area is also served by local buses connecting to Chania and surrounding villages.

Before arrival, guests receive our detailed House Manual, containing everything needed for a smooth stay—from check-in instructions and Wi-Fi details to appliance guides, local tips, and dining recommendations.

Pets are admitted upon request. There is a 50 euros extra cleaning fee when travelling with one, as well as a damage deposit of 200 euros, paid upon arrival in cash or card. The damage deposit is to be returned on the day of departure, after checking and confirming that no damage was done to the property .
