About this property

A wonderful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath retreat. Plenty of space and privacy for the family or group of friends, and yet still close together. Easy walk to the shuttle for skiing. Enjoy a wood burning fireplace while you sip hot chocolate made in your fully equipped kitchen. Don't want to cook? You can dine in one of the Resort restaurants or travel down the mountain to one of Nelson County's fine Breweries.
This is a perfect place for a large family or two small families, or a group of friends.
There are three levels with the main living on the first floor. Three bedrooms and two baths on the second floor and a bedroom on the top floor. There are two primary bedrooms (both with king beds).

Great Stay

Had a great time at this house over Presidents’ Day weekend…. Communication was great! The house was clean and comfortable for my family. Loved the fireplace too!!!

Awesome Time in the Mountains

This place has the perfect set up for multiple families. It has all the amenities you need and right on the top of the mountain. The best feature is the fireplace in the sunken down living room. I would highly recommend this place.

We fell in love with Wintergreen in Feb of 2017 while spending a long weekend over spring break with our adult children. We met with a realter on Sunday and put a contract on this house the next day.

This is our getaway from Northern Virginia. We use the house at least once an month and look forward to every visit. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love the location. The townhouse is within walking distance of the Nature Foundation, great hiking trails with beautiful views (especially sunsets). It only takes 10 min to get to the bottom of the mountain to enjoy a one of the many breweries, wineries or cideries.

What makes this property unique

You don't need to worry about packing linens, towels, shampoo, hair dryers or even extra pots and pans. The house is very well stocked with whatever you need to make yourselves comfortable. The house is truly enjoyed year round (especially in the summer to escape the heat).
