40 m² apartment in the center of Nerja, perfect for 2 guests. Top location: Steps from Torrecilla Beach and Plaza de los Cangrejos, only a 10-min walk to the Balcón de Europa. Restaurants, supermarkets, and services are nearby.
The apartment features an elegant, fully equipped living room and kitchen area that opens onto a bright terrace, perfect for enjoying the climate of Nerja. It offers a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). Air conditioning (A/C) is available in both rooms.
Additionally, you'll enjoy 1000 Mb fiber optic Wi-Fi connectivity and two Smart TVs with international channels.
The building offers a communal pool available during the summer months. Please note: A possible pool renovation means availability for summer 2026 is not yet confirmed.
The building has two small elevators (approximately 80 x 85 cm).
Street parking in Nerja is free, but due to the apartment's central location, it can be difficult to find a space, especially in high season.
