The house comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully furnished bedrooms, with a choice of double, king, and super king-sized beds. There are four bathrooms in total, four en-suites featuring walk-in showers, one with both a bath and shower, as well, plus a separate WC for added convenience. With its versatile layout across the ground and upper levels, the home ensures comfort and privacy for everyone.

The living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, featuring a large sectional sofa adorned with colourful cushions and throws. Positioned around a sleek oversized flat-screen TV set within a modern media unit, the space is perfect for film nights, streaming, or enjoying laid-back evenings with family and friends. Natural light floods through large windows, highlighting the vibrant rug, statement lighting, and contemporary shelving that give the room its stylish yet inviting atmosphere.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area seamlessly combines practicality with elegance. Tufnell Park is a leafy, welcoming neighbourhood known for its relaxed village feel. It offers independent cafés like Bear + Wolf, gastropubs such as The Junction Tavern, and plenty of quiet tree-lined streets that make it a favourite among locals. Just a short walk away, Kentish Town adds more vibrancy with artisan bakeries, lively pubs including The Pineapple, and restaurants like Patron Cave à Manger, a French bistro loved for its atmosphere and cuisine. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the open green spaces of Hampstead Heath are also within easy reach, offering walking trails, panoramic views of the city, and natural swimming ponds.

Transport links are excellent, making this home an ideal base for exploring London. Gospel Oak is the closest Overground station. From Kentish Town, guests can access both the Northern Line and Thameslink services, with direct trains reaching Luton Airport in one direction and Gatwick Airport via King’s Cross in the other. For Heathrow, it’s a straightforward journey by taking the Northern Line to Tottenham Court Road and changing for the Elizabeth Line, or alternatively travelling via Thameslink to Farringdon and changing there. Tufnell Park also connects to the Northern Line, while nearby Camden Town station provides additional Northern Line access, and Kentish Town West offers Overground links across the city.
