Welcome to your oasis of peace in the heart of Tuscany! This charming stone villa, set over two floors, has been designed to offer you an unforgettable stay filled with comfort, fun, and authenticity.



As you cross the threshold, you`ll be greeted by a warm, rustic atmosphere, typical of Tuscan country houses. The large living room is the heart of the villa, perfect for gathering. Here, you`ll find comfortable sofas to unwind after a day of excursions and a large dining table ideal for convivial dinners where you can savor local delicacies. The fun continues in the dedicated games area, featuring a professional billiard table for exciting matches, a ping

pong table for friendly competition, and a trampoline (located just outside but easily accessible) that will surely delight both young and old.



The villa boasts six spacious double bedrooms, each carefully furnished to ensure optimal rest. To further enhance your comfort and privacy, there are seven bathrooms, most of which are en-suite, eliminating any morning queues! A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy together, perhaps using fresh produce bought from local markets.



The real jewel of the property is undoubtedly its exterior. A refreshing dip in our splendid private pool is just what you need on hot summer days. Note that the pool is 50 meters away from the main building. Surrounded by a sunbathing area complete with loungers, it`s the perfect place to soak up the sun or lose yourself in a good book. for you to simply enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.

Convenient private parking is also available within the property.
