We were extremely disappointed with our stay. No towels were provided in the bath area or kitchen. We were unable to take a shower, wash our face, or dry our hands. The original listing said there was laundry available…then on me contacting the host, she changed the listing. The dishes and silverware in the kitchen were dirty. There was unsecured medication in the kitchen. The refrigerator was half full of open food and leftovers. There were no top sheets on the bed…only a bottom sheet and a blanket. In one bedroom, there were only sheer curtains at the window, allowing the neighbors to look in and watch us. The host stated this was a private drive, but the private drive had a neighbor’s window on the same side. After I contacted the host and explained our concerns and requested a refund, she refused. We ended up leaving and going to a hotel.
