We had the best time, and the house was perfect. Several times we walked to the park and to the local shops. It was a great getaway. We had a bit of struggle getting the bikes but the host responded well and took care of us.

Very clean, felt safe in the neighborhood, amenities were great! Only thing I would suggest is optional room darkening curtains for the bedroom. The current curtain would not block out all light. But that’s just a personal preference. Overall amazing and would definitely stay again!

Nice Stay

Spacious one bedroom in a cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Just need to get that bathroom fan dusted ;)

Home Away from home!

I felt at home immediately! Literally every amenity was thought of from olive oil and garlic powder to make-up wipes and Bath and Body shower gel.The house was beautifully decorated and all the wonderful information on the guide book was top notch. I really enjoyed the neighborhood. Having lived in the STL metro 5 years before need to stay here. I always love learning about parts of STL and South CITY STL residence are a class unto themselves. The house was conveniently located to Gravois Ave. where you can find absolutely everything. The house is literally withing 5 miles of at least 2 large grocery stores and then things like QT Gas Station and Dollar General. I never had an issue with parking. The keyless lock and security system made me feel very safe. There was a tornado while I was there….my mom (new to the mid-west) was freaking out but I was able to keep her calm and remind her the house is over 100 years old and we were in the basement and going to be fine.Speaking of my mom….I was there to recuperate for a producer she was there to take care of me…not very techy…I was way too weak to be bothered with the fact that she couldn’t get the TV to work. But the host stayed on the phone with her until he helped her figure it out. Enjoyed my time there and would stay again.

Hello, we've been on VRBO for a few years now, and we absolutely love it. When we travel we want to get the FULL LOCAL EXPERIENCE - which makes us feel like a local, in a local neighborhood, eating at local restaurants, and doing local things. This is what VRBO is ALL ABOUT. And now also as hosts, it brings us the greatest joy that we can offer these same experiences to travelers coming to our beautiful city.

My name is Tony, and with my wife Filomena and two fur babies we are the BOVE family. I am an A/V Project Manager for Centene and she is a Varicose Vein RN at St. Anthony's Hospital.

We are a young active couple that loves to travel (of course), cook at home or eat at unique restaurants, and have a good time with our friends. I am also an audio engineer and music enthusiast. I graduated from Full Sail University with 2 degrees in Recording Arts and Entertainment Business. Filomena has her nursing degree from Barnes-Jewish College of Nursing & Allied Health.

We are very active and always on the go, but we always have time for our guests!
