Met all of our expectations.

My wife and I had a superb two night stay here. Zero complaints. Easy parking, great location, and check in/out was a breeze. House is well kept and has all the amenities one could ask for. Shaved Duck is literally a block away and has a quaint bar and some of the best BBQ in STL.

St. Lois World Fair House

The house is really well decorated with antique pieces pertaining to the 1904 world's fair in a cleverly updated 100-year-old house. It has all the modern amenities that people desire while giving the illusion of living in a different era with easy access to all things fun about this interesting city. Toni and his wife provided a wealth of historic information about the world's fair plus current events and sites of interest. So, savor the flavor of this special house and unique city.

Comfortable Stay

We had to book our stay will just a few weeks notice, and had to make an additional change to our booking when we faced some unforeseen circumstances. The owners were very accommodating, provided clear instructions and communication about the property.

Great location & beautiful decor

Would totally stay there again. I attended a party at a restaurant nearby in the new year eve and did not wanted to drive back home after drinking, once I live about 35 minutes away. It was a great stay, the place is organized & clean. Very beautiful and well taken care.

Lovely and conenient to anywhere

I travelled with my sister so having more than 1 bed was ideal. She used the sleeper sofa and it was very nice.Home had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.We were never far from anywhere we wanted to go in and around St. Louis.Would stay here again!

Charming Cottage Abounds with 1904 World's Fair Flair

We were quite comfortable during our stay, with all the comforts and conveniences of home at our disposal. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt quite safe in our comings and goings to local attractions. The many items of 1904 World's Fair memorabilia added greatly to the enjoyment of our visit!

Great experience

Beautiful rental conveniently located to the botanical garden, the Arch, and the stadium. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful.

St. Louis Trip

This place was so unique!!! It was perfect for just the two of us but could also work for some others to stay as well. Just to look around at all the “details” that were put into this place was so cool! It was a very easy place to find and was in the perfect area for all the things we wanted to do! Would definitely recommend this place!!

A Short Stay

Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late to the property but the neighborhood seemed safe at that late hour. The house was well appointed and we got a good night's sleep since it was nice & quiet. Tony was very responsive to a question we had and we'd love to return when we have more time to explore. Hello, we've been on VRBO for a few years now, and we absolutely love it. When we travel we want to get the FULL LOCAL EXPERIENCE - which makes us feel like a local, in a local neighborhood, eating at local restaurants, and doing local things. This is what VRBO is ALL ABOUT. And now also as hosts, it brings us the greatest joy that we can offer these same experiences to travelers coming to our beautiful city.

My name is Tony, and with my wife Filomena and two fur babies we are the BOVE family. I am an A/V Project Manager for Centene and she is a Varicose Vein RN at St. Anthony's Hospital.

We are a young active couple that loves to travel (of course), cook at home or eat at unique restaurants, and have a good time with our friends. I am also an audio engineer and music enthusiast. I graduated from Full Sail University with 2 degrees in Recording Arts and Entertainment Business. Filomena has her nursing degree from Barnes-Jewish College of Nursing & Allied Health.

We are very active and always on the go, but we always have time for our guests!
