Villa Wellness Retreat 2: Cozy house with SAUNA & JACUZZI, near the woods!

Starting in the summer of 2025, we'll be renting out our lovingly furnished holiday home with wellness facilities, including a private sauna, jacuzzi, and rain shower. The forest house is located on a villa park in a beautiful green recreation area on the edge of the Pagnevaart Forest in West Brabant. Next to the park is Europe's largest water park: Splesj. Within half an hour of the park, there are no fewer than 16 swimming pools and 4 natural swimming areas! And there are many more fun activities in the area! Beautiful Zeeland is just 40 minutes away.

This is a place where you'll never be bored, or perhaps you'll just have to do nothing at all and truly unwind :) Family-friendly, and pets are welcome!

Villa Wellness Retreat is completely decorated in an Ibiza style! You can enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi, rain shower with massage jets, and the lovely large garden with seating, the starry sky, and the sunset.
All facilities are exclusively for your use!

The holiday home features a small but cozy living room with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, and sauna on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a separate toilet.
We have four single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). On the ground floor, there is also a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
It can sleep up to six people.

The kitchen is equipped with a table-top refrigerator with freezer, an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and an electric kettle. Of course, all crockery, cutlery, and pans are provided.
The kitchen opens onto the cozy living room with a smart TV where you can use your own streaming service (Netflix, etc.).

The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower and a separate hand shower with massage settings. We have a double sink with beautiful marble-look basins. This bathroom is the perfect place to relax :)

The indoor Finnish sauna is located next to the bathroom. It's a small infusion sauna where up to three people can relax at a time. If you have more people, you can take turns using the wonderful spa (jacuzzi) in the large backyard. The spa can accommodate up to four people.

The living room's sliding doors lead to the spacious, green garden. Next to the sliding doors is a small covered area with a lounge set and a separate picnic table. We provide a barbecue that may be used on the lawn, but not under the covered area or against the house due to fire hazard. We provide barbecue tools, but please bring your own charcoal.

-The garden is not fully fenced.
-Two cars can be parked free of charge at the house.
-Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The entire house is at your disposal!

Please note that the property is required to offer only recreational stays, as mandated by local authorities.

The listed prices include bed linen, a towel package (one 50 cm x 100 cm bath towel per person), kitchen towels, and energy costs.

Additional costs (payable in cash on site):

- Tourist tax €1.50 per person per night.
- Deposit €200.00 (refundable upon check-out)

* Arrival from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM by arrangement
* Departure at 10:00 AM
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* Dogs allowed (number by arrangement)
* This is a quiet park where the intention is to maintain quiet between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Candles and tea lights are not permitted in the accommodation. We also ask our guests not to use fondue, griddles, or gourmet grills. These odors linger in the house, and we don't want to disturb future guests.

We have another villa on the park, Villa Wellness Retreat 1. Both of our cottages have already been completely renovated. Some cottages on the park are still being renovated, so some renovation work may still take place in 2025.
