Our Beach Getaway at Miramar Beach - Destin

Come enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sunsets in our modern and family-friendly home away from home. This newly redecorated condo on the 8th floor is perfect for beach-loving families, couples, retirees and travelers from around the world. You’ll have access to white sand beaches and be just steps away from a number of pools and recreational activities. When you want to stay in relax and spend family time you'll find all the amenities to make you feel right at home.
The Master Bedroom features a King Sized Bed with premium hybrid mattress, new in 2024. Also featured is a 42" Vizio TV. A multi-drawer dresser & night stands allow for plenty of clothing storage space. There is also a 52" ceiling fan. This room includes a private 1/2 bath (vanity, toilet & closet) and access to the full bath which can also be accessed from the hallway, each providing security for your comfort and privacy. A stacked washer & dryer is located in the full bath. We provide the towels and linens freshly cleaned prior to your stay.
We also provide several beach chairs and an umbrella located under the bed.

The Living Room features a queen sized sleeper sofa with upgraded cooling gel foam memory mattress, a rocker / recliner and a coordinated swivel chair and a large chest style coffee table that houses the linens and pillows for the queen sleeper. For your living room entertainment a 55" Sony UHD TV & Blu-Ray / DVD player and a 52" ceiling fan. FREE WiFi is also available in the unit.

The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors give you access to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, snacks or dinner on our table with four chairs or cushioned patio chair that seats two while overlooking The pool, white sandy beaches, the Gulf of Mexico, the beautiful sunset or gaze at the lights of lively Destin.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including: Side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, oven/range and a built-in microwave and a newly replaced Kitchen Aid dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen comes fully equipped with toaster, a Mr. Coffee type coffee maker along with a single k cup type coffee maker, blender and all cookware and utensils needed for daily use. An eating area with four swivel bar stool chairs will keep the conversation going between the living room and kitchen.

The two built-in bunks with upgraded mattresses are perfect for the kids to have their own space. Each bunk features a private wall mounted TV. The floor-to-ceiling drape provides complete privacy for the bunks so that the children feel as if they are in their own room.

Ariel Dunes II is a 24-story tower that was built in 2006. The tower features 3 large pools, a workout center and large conference center. You will also have access to the pools (three of which are seasonably heated) within the Seascape community.
Located in Ariel Dunes I is the Cabana Cafe. The Cabana Cafe is a popular Destin restaurant featuring casual dining, great food, live entertainment and late night bar.

The resort also offers sandy beaches with various water sport rentals, an 18-hole golf course, 8 clay tennis courts, bicycle rentals, basketball and pickleball courts. Golf cart charging stations are also available. Golf carts can be rented offered by numerous rental sites in the area. They deliver and pickup here at the resort.

Outside the main gate is the brand new Seascape Towne Centre, a 55,000SF development designed around family entertainment featuring a large outdoor events plaza overlooking lakes and the golf course. Surrounded with beautiful landscaping creating a truly breathtaking destination for dining, entertainment and overall family fun all conveniently located on HWY 98 at Seascape resort in Miramar Beach. There are several venues including Acme Oyster House serving up all kinds of oyster dishes including barbecued oysters. There is a Mexican Restaurant named Mezcal with good food and a really good selection of Tequila and other beverages and the Village Door Restaurant & Nightlife featuring live music on select nights. Also located within this complex is a Thrills Activity Center including laser tag and arcade. And when it's all done for the day or night don't forget about Moo La-La Ice Cream & Fudge featuring fresh made waffle cones daily and other assorted chocolate covered treats

Just across the street is the famous Whale's Tail restaurant offering breakfast, lunch & dinner, a full-service bar and music including a walk up bar right on the beach.

Destin Commons is only 5 miles away, and the Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall – the largest factory designer outlet mall in the country – is less than a one-mile drive.

Absolutely no pets allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: The home is cleaned prior to your check in. There is a one time charge to clean the home when you check out (included in the price you see). There is no daily or weekly cleaning or maid service. We provide basic cleaning materials, we ask that you keep our home clean during your stay.
