Overall good location, easy access to unload and load your car, easy walk to the beach. Fairly clean, needs sprayed for bugs.We noticed a couple roaches crawling around and other bugs throughout. Primary room had a stain on the sheets. One bed had sand on the top bunk when we checked in.

Enjoyable Stay

We had an enjoyable stay. We loved the private beach gate access. The rental is full of updated bathrooms, appliances, and furniture. Definitely will stay again in the future.

Great stay, very close to beach

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Few minute walk to the beach. Gated beach access was nice and beach was not too crowded. Pool was nice as well. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to visiting again.

Great place!

This is a great place! Very clean! Exactly as pictured. Kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials. Great location. 3 minute walk to the beach. My family will, definitely, be staying here again next summer!

Great beach vacation

We stayed here for a week for my daughter's National Championship softball tournament. It is across the street from the beach with private gate access and has its own private pool. It's located off a 2 lane street, away from the busy traffic of Miramar/Destin, but close enough to many shopping centers, restaurants, and other fun activities. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. It is stocked with most kitchen necessities, including a dishwasher. It has its own washer & dryer, which work great. Overall, our stay was great! Will definitely consider staying here at our next beach vacation!

Miramar Beach Getaway

Great location. Private beach access is easily accessible and not a far walk. Beach was not crowded at all and chair service was not too expensive. There is an Alvin’s Island, ice cream shop, other small beach shop, Pompano Joe’s within walking distance. Condo was great and had everything needed. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property to visiting families.

Fabulous time

Had a most wonderful time. The condo was great, it was comfortable and clean. We had wonderful weather all week. This is our 5th year coming to Destin. and will continue coming here every year. Thank You Mr Phan for renting to us this year. your condo was wonderful

Very clean-great location

Very clean and contemporary furnishings! Loved the ground floor with the grassy area for my kids to play in, out the patio door! Close enough to the beach with a walk across the street and down the stairs to the beach! The only 2 things that could be better is the master shower seemed thinner than your standard shower and the master bed was not very comfortable at all. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Property was good,not as clean as I was expected based on other guests reviews,refrigerator was leaking,kitchen sink faucet also. Bedroom with bunk beds is to cramped and can use a mirror for teenagers when they getting ready. Best part is location!!

Great property!

Whenever we rent a "new to us" property we worry about how representative the pictures/description are, will the beds be comfortable, will everything work, will the furniture be comfortable or old a tattered, noise, amenities... Well, this property was just perfect! Everything was as described! Communication with renter was quick and easy. The best 5 start thing I can say is... we have already rebooked for next year!

Location, Location, Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is incredible-short walk to the beach, right next to an ice cream shop and souvenir store, very close to Pompano Joe’s. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The back patio was spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. Having laundry in our unit was very helpful with two little kids. We had an issue with noisy dogs in a different condo, and the owners promptly contacted the owner of that condo to remedy the situation. The only amenity that would have made our stay better was a smart TV.

Satisfied with booking!

Owner responded to any questions quickly. Condo was stocked with so much helpful stuff. Distance from the beach was a very short walk. Without many condos around the beach was much less crowded than when we stayed right on the beach in a condo last year. Beach was just as beautiful. Delicious ice cream place next door and pompano joes was right across the road so we could hang out at beach and walk up to PJ's for food. The only thing that I missed was a beach view from the room. Location although is better for the privacy and had lots to offer around it did have to fight a lot of traffic to go to places in Destin.

Our favorite location never disappoints

We love staying at Ciboney and have stayed there many times! This unit did not disappoint! It’s well appointed and beautifully updated! We had everything we needed and more. Several of our friends stayed at the same building and we had the best dining space and storage especially for the 2 bedroom unit. We love the location and being on the first floor. The owner is very responsive and solved a small issue we had with a quick solution. The building is currently under minor construction but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. We had plenty of parking and only moderate morning noise. We definitely recommend 1012 and Ciboney! Make sure you enjoy Pompano Joe’s for one of your meals! Worth the wait.

Family fall break

The property was as described: equipped with necessities and clean. Plentiful parking right next to the door. The location is amazing, 2 min walk from the beach and close to few shops and restaurants. Grocery store is about 10-15 min drive and Outlet mall is about 10 min drive from the location. There is a beautiful walking path all along the beach with possibility of running and biking. Check in process was flawless even for late arrival, property manager is absolute pleasure to deal with. Provided all necessary information and answered any questions within an hour. If it is important, please note, the pool is not heated. We had wonderful family vacation at Miramar Beach. This is my second stay at Ciboney and I will be glad to rerun in the future if possible.

Great Condo for the Price!

We really enjoyed this condo! Here are the things we loved: It was so close to the beach, it was clean, the space was great for just the two of us, but we would have been fine with another couple as well. The things we didn't love: There is really no view from the patio, so we never used it, the kitchen lacks good pans and the knives were not sharp enough to cut much of anything. We managed though. The showers both made a strange noise when the water was running. Overall it was a nice place and you cannot beat the location. The pool is a bit small, but luckily there were not many folks using it during our stay. I can't imagine what it is like during high tourist season. We will most definitely use this place again when we stay in Destin! The owner is a dream to work with as well!

Not what we expected

We have stayed at this condominium many times before so we love the location but the condition of the room was no where near what the pictures seemed. The floors are in horrible condition & frankly need a serious deep clean. Everything is outdated and not well taken care of at all. It has a musty smell and when we got home our clothes and things even smelled. I called to speak to the manager one time and he was so extremely rude!!!! They just showed up one time to “check the door code”. We had 4 other rooms with family members and all of their rooms were so clean and well maintained. We were so very disappointed. It needs some serious improvements!

Much Needed Beach Break! :)

Our family of 4 was blessed with a fantastic, much-needed vacation over Easter break. We really relished our stay at this unit & Hong was a wonderful, communicative host. The condo was clean, just as described, check-in/out was easy breezy & the air conditioning/fans kept us very comfortable. We enjoyed playing board games on the patio during the hottest part of the day & spent lots of time on the lovely, private beach. My grandson, a 4th degree, level one black belt, took his required 9-mile walk on these beautiful beaches as part of his training for his next black belt testing in July. We were thrilled to find so many restaurants, bars, shops & even a winery within easy walking or driving distance. I am an avid couponer & was delighted to be so close to Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS, Silver Sands Outlets & many other shopping centers along Hwy. 98. Thank you, Hong, for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us! We plan to return as soon as possible! :)
