The flat is set in the sought-after area of Hammersmith, with Brackenbury Village and Shepherd’s Bush just a short stroll away. Hammersmith is known for its riverside walks along the Thames, bustling pubs, and cultural spots like the Hammersmith Apollo. Shepherd’s Bush offers the iconic Westfield shopping centre, packed with designer stores, high-street brands, and a wide choice of restaurants and cafés. Closer to home, Brackenbury Village has a more relaxed feel, with leafy streets and independent shops and eateries. You can enjoy a pint at The Andover Arms or The Anglesea Arms, or try local favourites such as The Grove or Brackenbury Wine Rooms for a cosy evening out.

The flat is just a short walk from Ravenscourt Park, less than ten minutes away. This beautiful green space offers tennis courts, a café, a bowling green, a garden centre, and a peaceful pond — perfect for leisurely strolls, relaxed afternoons, or a spot of fresh air during your stay.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
