Walk or ride your bike to the beach or track!

Wonderful!

On the second floor, with windows on all sides, the unit fills with natural light and cool breezes. The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated and exudes pride of ownership. The neighborhood is pleasant for walking and jogging, and the trailhead to the lagoon is just up the street. The unit is in the midst of all that Solana Beach has to offer and provides easy access to I-5. Many thanks to our hosts!

Location was wonderful for walking my dog and the trailhead to the lagoon was terrific. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Had a great month!

We enjoyed our stay. Chris and family are friendly but not at all intrusive. The apartment is private and well equipped. The location is convenient with shopping, restaurants, entertainment and recreation nearby. It was a good value and we would stay here again.

We are a family of four and love living in Solana Beach. The population is 16000 and has the small town feel most of us love.

Why they chose this property

We are 1.3 miles from the beach! A beautiful beach with both cliffs for beauty, and tons of sand for playing. Buying this home was a dream come true with moving to the beach from Canada. We love being able to offer such an amazing location to both new people, and friends & family.

What makes this property unique

This is a unique arrangement given there is a private guest flat located above a family home. You therefore receive all of the benefits of living in a beautiful neighbourhood in Solana Beach. The archway welcomes you home, and the view from your balcony is peaceful and serene.
