The entire property was clean and very well kept. The area and location was excellent.

The location and housing was outstanding all the amenities were excellent. The owner and his representative answered in a very timely manner and were very helpful and understanding to our needs. I would definitely stay again!

It was awful and we are asking for a partial refund, could not wait to get out of there.

I’m emailing pictures of the experience. The bed frame stuck out and sliced open my husbands leg. We had to put my son in a hammock outside because the home does not sleep more than 4 and it is listed as sleeping 6. No supplies for cooking and no towels for beach or bath.

Much needed getaway

The house itself is a short 1-2 minute walk to the beach which will be so nice for residents who come in the warmer months to come. Communicating with the owner was easy and the response was quicker than I would have expected. The check-in information was incredibly detailed. I feel the house looks a bit different than the photos showcase, but almost in a better way. Even looking at the photos, I was a bit skeptical but the place is very minimalist which was not a bad thing by any means. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were two toasters we could not figure out how to get to work. A lot of Solona Beach is in walking distance and if you do need to drive, there time in the car is short. My favorite part of the property was the large outside patio area. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a quiet escape.

Very basic but good location

Four of us (two kids and two adults) stayed here for four nights. The place is clean enough (not super clean but not horribly dirty) and the location is terrific. It’s one short block from a really nice beach and 1/2 block from the 101, walking distance from some restaurants and shops. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. Noise definitely travels so if anyone is a light sleeper, that person can be awoken easily. Also, the window shades are white so the place is flooded with light in the am. We couldn’t get the oven to work (it might work, but we couldn’t figure it out) and the ice machine (which we didn’t even use) was running day and night. It’s possible that these things have simple remedies... Beds were very comfortable for us. The owner was responsive to my questions and very nice. If you don’t mind a very basic place to stay, I would recommend it.

Very clean, had everything we needed (and more), easy to access property, ideal location!

My family of four enjoyed our stay thoroughly! We appreciated the cleanliness, all of the extras, and the closeness to a secluded beach area! Very comfortable place for our family to enjoy the amazing weather, beach, and everything else the city has to offer! We will definitely be back!
