PATIO: Guests can enjoy sitting on a patio that fronts to the boardwalk and ocean. We offer a gas firepit that guest may enjoy. Many rental units in the price range do not have this!
PARKING: Since the property is at El Carmel, it is strategically located to take advantage of on and off-street parking. El Carmel point offers extra off-street parking where cars may be parked overnight. The studio has 1 off-street parking for a smaller vehicle right off the alley. Please see parking picture. We are centrally located - walking distance to Belmont Amusement Park (to the South) and Crystal Pier (to the North).
VIEWS FROM STUDIO: The unit has 5 windows - one in the bathroom, 2 in the kitchen, and 2 in the main living area. The bathroom window and one of the kitchen windows faces to the rear (toward Mission Bay) and does not really offer any type of water view, but they higher up and overlook the community. The ocean views from the living area side window and the kitchen side window are more distant. The main living area window towards the ocean looks over the courtyard and the roof of the front house. With the door open, there is a more distant side view to ocean. As the unit is upstairs ... you may open the blinds and no one can see in. With the windows open, there are nice cross breezes.
