The Candelore Familyは、ボードウォークパティオの特典付きのスタジオアパートメントを提供しています。 スタジオには、テーブルと椅子のあるフルキッチンエリアがあります。 バスルームにはシャワーと浴槽があります。 アパートはビーチに直接ではなく、海を直接見ることはできません。 正面玄関が開いていると、遊歩道が斜めに見え、メインリビングエリアのサイドウィンドウからは海が見えます。 共有パティオは遊歩道にありますが、ユニット自体にはありません。 ユニットは、ホテルの後方に向かって2階にあります。 2階は明るくて明るく、窓のブラインドは開いたままにしておくことができます。

Yes...the stay was pleasant...despite weather and holiday...there was plenty to do...unit was as described...surprisingly fairly quiet for being near an alley. Ocean sounds were amazing to listen to at night..stayed warm throughout the stay.

Brant was very easy to get a hold of when we had questions and was a super host! The property was stocked with everything that we needed and much more. There’s a lot of thought that goes into the property setup for the guests that we appreciated such as the small vacuum and broom for our use and small buckets of water at each entry to help keep the sand out the rooms! The room was very cozy, the patio was amazing and the fire pit was perfect for the chilly nights. The location is fantastic, everything needed such as restaurants and grocery stores are near by and the ocean views are phenomenal!

The pictures show an ocean front deck right on the boardwalk. There was nothing there letting you know that the actual unit has NO ocean view and is up a flight of stairs with no handrail. To get to the "ocean view" deck you have to go down the stairs and arourd the back of another unit. I am 83 and partially disabled and getting up and down the stairs was so hard I did not really enjoy the deck all that much especially when I realized that I shared it with couple and their large dog who wanted to be friendly with me (I am allergic). They did have a huge TV screen but with limited programming. I did not come to watch TV - I wanted to just watch and hear the ocean. I was very unhappy. It tool a lot of work to get their including assistance getting ob and off the pane and wheelchair service in the airport. Very sad...

We liked the property. We thought the price was very reasonable. Our only complaint was that the WiFi stopped working on our fourth day. Also the toilet paper problem should really be resolved. We ran out of your partially used, tiny rolls.

Very relaxing. Room, especially the king sized bed! Wonderful rest with the sound of the ocean in the background.Nice fully equipped kitchen too!

Great Location & Very Cozy Studio Unit

We love the studio unit. It has all the essentials that we would need and more (like boogie boards, lawn chairs, beach towels, coffee & creamer, etc). The location is ideal. We appreciate having a dedicated parking space so we don't have to drive around looking for parking. Brant is a super responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to make it an annual visit.

Perfect location and patio use on Ocean Front Walk. Incredible!

The Unit is behind the main house and upstairs. The patio use reserved for the studios is on the east side of the patio. We used it every morning and loved watching the ocean/beach and passersby with our morning coffee. The location is fantastic. About 8min walk south on Ocean Front Walk to the Mission Beach Rollercoaster, FIT gym and tons if restaurants and nightlife. A 15min walk or so north brings you up to Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier with tons of restaurants and nightlife. Check in is very easy and straightforward. Brant the host is super kind and will address any issue immediately. Super responsive too. Best value for your money in the area. We plan to return. .

Upon check in room was extremely dirty. Property manager made things right. Bed in room was very squeaky and is definitely uneven. Upon booking it seemed based off of pictures there is a patio connected to the room, there is not. I will be staying elsewhere next time. Location is awesome

Beautiful spot

Can’t ask for a better spot for 1 or 2 people that just want to be close to the beach. Host was very accommodating and checkin was zero effort. Would definitely stay here again.

The studio has only recently become available.

The house and 3 studio units were built by my grandfather and has been in the family for over 70 years - 3 generations! We are looking to maintain the house as family friendly vacation rental with repeat guests. Many have spoken to and delt with Mildred over the years. Now, Brant is helping with the management.

We speak French and Spanish with some fluency. International guests are welcome.

We have enjoyed spending family time here over the years. We hope that you will have many memorable times here as well! Mission Beach has the most accessible and best beach in all of San Diego. It is 4 1/2 miles long! There is an ocean as well as bay side. The boardwalk is terrific for walking, skating or biking. Did you know that surf fishing is pretty good right out-front of the house?

PATIO: Guests can enjoy sitting on a patio that fronts to the boardwalk and ocean. We offer a gas firepit that guest may enjoy. Many rental units in the price range do not have this!

PARKING: Since the property is at El Carmel, it is strategically located to take advantage of on and off-street parking. El Carmel point offers extra off-street parking where cars may be parked overnight. The studio has 1 off-street parking for a smaller vehicle right off the alley. Please see parking picture. We are centrally located - walking distance to Belmont Amusement Park (to the South) and Crystal Pier (to the North).

VIEWS FROM STUDIO: The unit has 5 windows - one in the bathroom, 2 in the kitchen, and 2 in the main living area. The bathroom window and one of the kitchen windows faces to the rear (toward Mission Bay) and does not really offer any type of water view, but they higher up and overlook the community. The ocean views from the living area side window and the kitchen side window are more distant. The main living area window towards the ocean looks over the courtyard and the roof of the front house. With the door open, there is a more distant side view to ocean. As the unit is upstairs ... you may open the blinds and no one can see in. With the windows open, there are nice cross breezes.
