The Location:
Set in a peaceful neighborhood of Vila Nova de Gaia, the villa is just minutes from restaurants and shopping. A variety of restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk, the metro station is a 7-minute walk away, and a bus stop is only a 1-minute walk from the property. The Douro River can be reached in a 25-minute walk, or by taking 6 bus stops or 4 metro stops.

Parking:
Several street parking options are available right in front of the house and nearby. Parking costs approximately €8 per day. Weekends and public holidays are free. Payment can be made with coins or through the Telpark app.
