Located in the tranquil West Coast suburb, Bloubergstrand, you will
find this cosy two-bedroom apartment situated on the second floor of
Megan’s Place.
Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by the sleek, modernly
designed kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a
comfortable self-catering stay, including a front-loading washing
machine for added convenience. The kitchen features a stylish arched
pass-through with a built-in breakfast counter that extends into the
living area, fitted with two bar stools, creating an intimate seating
area perfect for cooking and entertaining.
The living room is thoughtfully furnished with a plush two-seater sofa
with a side table, and a TV cabinet housing a flat screen television,
perfect for relaxing after a long day out and about. Guests will enjoy
internet access throughout the property. From the living room, a glass
door opens to an outdoor nook with artificial turf flooring. This space
is perfect for enjoying some fresh air and sipping your morning coffee.
The apartment features two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with
a double bed with a nightstand and ample wardrobe space, while the
second bedroom features a single bed. The shared bathroom is fitted
with a spacious shower, a washbasin with vanity, and a toilet. Fresh
linen and towels are provided with your stay.
Bloubergstrand is renowned not only for its spectacular views of Table
Mountain but also for its beautiful beach, where you can enjoy
activities such as fishing, swimming, surfing, and bird watching. Take
a stroll along the seafront road and admire the picturesque views of
Table Mountain or watch as locals fly colourful kites on windy days.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 7 Viola Rd, Table View, Cape Town.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
