This luxury apartment is located in a renovated canal house from 1906 and is located in the center of the city of Alkmaar.
* 85m2 and located on the ground floor.
* Close to many sights of Alkmaar, 5km to the beach and the sea (Egmond aan Zee), 30 km to Amsterdam Central
* Contains 2 bedrooms (with private bathrooms), a large living room with luxury kitchen, garden at the rear, beautiful view of the city center and the possibility to store (rented) bicycles in the storage room.
