Studio for up to two guests, located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, only 8m from the sea. It consists of an only living area with a kitchenette, a dining table, and a trundle bed. It has a full bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. The property features a balcony from where you can spot the sea, and a shared outdoor pool. No parking space provided. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
