All of this is nestled among the Italian vineyards of Valpolicella.

The villa’s layout includes:

- sleeping area with bedrooms and private bathrooms

- dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a cooktop, stove, oven, dishwasher, and a large American-style refrigerator.

In addition, there is an apartment with its own kitchen, its own bathroom, and its own bedroom.

Since the garden and pool require maintenance, it’s possible that during your stay—in coordination with your needs— to ensure the pool is always in perfect condition and the garden is immaculate, we may need to perform maintenance. We will, of course, try to avoid scheduling maintenance during your stay. However, if it becomes necessary, we will coordinate with you.
The pool will be open from May through September, inclusive.

Security cameras are installed outside the property and along its perimeter.
There are no cameras inside the home.
