Villa Aria is a wonderful, exclusive villa with a luxurious, contemporary Italian style, modern comforts, and a stunning, romantic view. It's just steps from the beach, excellent restaurants, and 300 meters from the ferry terminal for visiting all the lakeside towns. Surrounded by a well-kept, flat garden adorned with centuries-old trees, it features a large private pool overlooking the lake, an indoor spa with a hydromassage pool and Turkish bath, and a well-equipped gym. This property, with its panoramic views, tranquility, and privacy, promises unforgettable moments. Starlink Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and on-site garage parking are also available.
Villa Aria is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It offers every comfort, and the lake view from every corner of the house is extraordinary, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and romantic sunsets every day. The villa is spread over four levels. The basement features a spa with a 6x3 hydromassage pool, a Turkish bath with shower, a well-equipped gym with a full bathroom, a garage, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The ground floor features a spectacular dining room for 10, a double living area all with large windows overlooking the porch and , as well as a guest bathroom. The floors throughout this entire area are a rich, pale yellow onyx. The first floor features three double bedrooms with terraces and two bathrooms. The attic floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a TV area, and a study. Outside, there's a covered porch with a comfortable dining area for 10, with a barbecue and a relaxation area with sofas and chaises. A stunning 15x6 pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The approximately 2,000 square meter garden, mostly flat, is well-kept and very enjoyable, ideal for relaxing and playing outdoors. The entire villa is air-conditioned. In the cooler months, the main and teh first floors are equipped with floor heat.

Bedrooms: Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms. On the first floor, there are three well-furnished, spacious, and bright double bedrooms, all with access to the terrace and a splendid view of the lake. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The attic floor features two spacious and elegant bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two joinable single beds.
Bathrooms: There are four full bathrooms and one half as well as an additional shower in the spa room. All bathrooms feature spacious showers and are finished with high-quality materials. There is a bathroom next to the gym in the basement with a shower, and a half bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a large marble whirlpool tub and integrated shower for the master bedroom, and a second bathroom with a large shower for the two adjacent double bedrooms. The attic floor also features a full bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all major and minor appliances, including Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, oversized oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker/freezer and water dispenser, stovetop, toaster, dishes, cookware, and utensils for every need. Next to the kitchen is an eat-in area for 4 with a window to the yard and pool.
Indoor/Outdoor Dining: Dining room for 10 people with a lake view and overlooking the porch; outdoor dining area for 10 under the porch, with a lake view, adjacent to the pool, equipped with a new barbecue.
Lounge: On the ground floor is a large and luxurious living area divided into a relaxation and conversation area with a fireplace and comfortable sofas and an area with a large new 75" smart TV and dedicated sofas. The entire living room overlooks the porch.
On the top floor is an additional play and relaxation area with sofas, a new 55" smart TV, and a small study.

Heated indoor marble pool in the spa area, measuring 6m x 3m, is equipped with various hydromassage systems on the bench seats and within the pool loungers.
Garden: Approximately 3,700 square meters of private garden planted with wonderful centuries-old trees, including olive trees, as well as pomegranate, lemon, apple and pear trees, and abundant wild Rosemary.

Villa Aria is located 300 meters from the beach and the port of Portese, a picturesque port with full ferry services to all other ports on the lake and beautiful beaches. There are three excellent restaurants, a bar, and a gelateria at the port. The beach and port overlook the Gulf of Salò, with the majestic slopes of Monte Spino and Monte Pizzoccolo above Salò, offering breathtaking mountain and lake views to the west, and views from the beach to the Monte Baldo mountain range to the East.
About 200 meters away is the small, medieval and utterly charming village of Portese. There are two excellent restaurants and pizzerias, several good bars, a shop, a pharmacy, and a butcher for meat and cheese. Right in the center of the village is the "Le Chiusure" winery, which offers tours and tastings and produces some of the finest Garda Classico, Groppello, and Rosé wines in the region. About 1.5 km away is the larger village of San Felice, with several excellent restaurants, bars, and pizzerias, as well as a post office and town hall. The center of Salò is 3 km away. The walking/biking path to Salò features numerous lakeside restaurants and bars. There are several weekly farmers markets in the neighbouring towns.
