There are two bedrooms - each an oasis of calm with pared-back styling and soothing natural accents. The first lies on the first level and houses a snug king-size bed. Guests of this room can use the immaculately presented bathroom on the same level, which features a walk-in rainfall shower. The spacious primary bedroom is found on the second level. It benefits from an inviting super-king-size bed and an ensuite with twin vanity sinks and a waterfall shower. A further two guests can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. With the Miromesnil underground station only minutes away, you can spend your days exploring all corners of the city, then return to the 8th arrondissement for cocktails at a rooftop bar on the Champs-Élysées.

- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children. While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information. The bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen have a heating and cooling system, which runs as air conditioning in the summer, and provides heating in the winter. Only one function can run at a timeo on the system: it will be on heating mode from October to May, and it will be on air conditioning mode from May to October. This home is on the fifth floor with elevator access. This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator. The capacity of the hot water tank is limited ( 120L size ) which represent 2 showers approximatively. Then you need to wait 1h30 to refill it. Please note that the televisions provide access to terrestrial channels only and do not include smart TV features. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. There is currently some construction in the building as one new Élysée Collection home is finished off, work is scheduled to end in February 2025. Works will be carried out on weekdays and occasional weekend days but will be done in a way to limit impact to other residents.
