It is loved by those seeking nature, outdoor sports, culture and authentic culinary traditions.
Located in a sunny and quiet position, this holiday home is spread over three floors, set in an enclosed property with 1 internal parking space, barbecue, covered terrace equipped for outdoor dining and a beautiful swimming pool in an elevated position (10 steps up) from which you can enjoy views of the hills and Villa Vezzani. Perfect for friends and families who decide to spend their holidays together in Tuscany. The house has been carefully restored and finished, offering comfortable and very bright spaces.
The entrance to the house is accessed by climbing 24 steps. The door opens onto a large open area divided between a living room with satellite TV, open fireplace and comfortable seating, air conditioning, and a closed piano that enriches the room and dining room. Both areas have access to a terrace. utility room with washing machine, well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric kettle. The kitchen leads to a veranda equipped for pleasant outdoor dining. 17 comfortable steps lead to the first floor where there is a split air conditioning unit in the entrance hall. On this floor there are 3 large double bedrooms with fans and wardrobes, 2 of which have access to the balcony; large bathroom with bathtub. Climb 17 steps to reach the third floor where there is one private room and one bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and a view of the pool.
The owner lives on the ground floor in an apartment which he accesses from the same main gate, but which does not interfere with the entrance to the holiday home. Each unit is private and independent. Very discreet, he can be of assistance if necessary.

In Castellare di Pescia, you will find the Giardino degli Agrumi (Citrus Garden), renowned internationally for its variety of citrus fruits from all over the world. In the immediate vicinity of the capital, it is worth visiting the hamlet of Collodi, a small medieval village made famous by the fairy tale of Pinocchio, with a must-see visit to the Villa and Garzoni Garden. Also not to be missed are the 10 “castella” (fortified villages) of Svizzera Pesciatina, whose splendid landscape invites you to explore on foot, visiting historic villages to discover art, culture and crafts and savour local products. For lovers of outdoor sports, Svizzera Pesciatina or Valleriana is marked by a challenging CAI bike trail along mule tracks and paths immersed in nature. the Paper Museum in Pescia.
