Step into a beautifully designed home spread across four levels:
âą Lower Ground Floor: A grand reception and dining area opens directly onto a private terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or a morning coffee. The space is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring London, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light.
âą Ground Floor: A stunning open-plan kitchen and breakfast room forms the heart of the house. Fully equipped with high-spec appliances and a large island, itâs perfect for cooking and gathering. This floor also includes a convenient guest WC.
âą First Floor: Youâll find two generous double bedrooms, including the master with its own en-suite bathroom. Thereâs also a spacious family bathroom, designed with a sleek, contemporary touch.
âą Second Floor: Two further bright and comfortable double bedrooms, both offering great privacy and access to another modern bathroom. One bedroom opens to a lovely balcony, a peaceful retreat above the city streets.
Outdoors
Enjoy a balcony , offering rare outdoor spaces in central London â ideal for soaking up the sun, reading, or evening drinks.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire house, including all outdoor areas.

5. Waste Management: Dispose of your rubbish regularly. For disposal, please take it to street level after 8:00 PM.
6. Amenities: If you require additional towels or linens, kindly contact our staff for assistance.
