This delightful 80 m2 two-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a charming and elegant style with large windows, providing guests with a peaceful ambience and natural light.
As you enter on the ground floor, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. It has direct access to a lovely balcony with a fantastic view. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.
On this floor, there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with two cosy single beds and an ample wardrobe.
A shared bathroom with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.
Upstairs, guests will find another living space, a bathroom, and the third bedroom, which includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces. This floor also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs.

The area’s fresh ocean breeze and laid-back atmosphere make it ideal for a peaceful getaway.
Beyond the beach, visitors can explore local cafés, seafood restaurants, and small shops that reflect the authentic character of northern Portugal. Its proximity to Caminha and easy access to nearby natural parks make it a great base for exploring the region while enjoying the calm and beauty of this seaside community.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest train station, Moledo do Minho, is just a 1-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 55-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
