Morley House

Morley House is a distinguished period property that reflects centuries of architectural history. Originally built in the 14th century, it has evolved over time with notable additions from the Tudor and Queen Anne periods. A welcoming entrance hall leads to a well-appointed kitchen/breakfast room, perfect for family gatherings. The ground floor also features a study, an elegant drawing room, and a spacious family room. A ground floor bedroom with adjoining shower room offers flexibility for guests.



Upstairs, the principal bedroom benefits from a dressing room and adjoining bathroom. Two further double bedrooms share a family bathroom, maintaining a perfect balance of comfort and practicality. On the second floor, two additional bedrooms and a bathroom complete the upper accommodation.



To the front, a charming lawned garden—accessed via a decorative cast iron gate from the market place. To the side, a patio terrace provides a delightful setting for al fresco dining and entertaining.



At the southern edge of the Cotswolds lies Lechlade, a picturesque riverside town where the River Thames becomes navigable.
