Also, if you're travelling for bussiness purposes you will be at only 7 minutes by walk from La Fira Barcelona Gran Vía.

This studio is designed with an open floor plan with a double bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for two.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a fridge.

The queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Important – Tourist tax:

A tourist tax must be paid before check-in according to the current regulations in Catalonia. This tax is charged per person, per night and must be settled before entering the accommodation. All guests aged 16 and older are required to pay it.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Ildefons Cerdà( FGC), is just a 3 minute walk.

Barcelona-El Prat (BCN) airport is an approximate 20-minute drive from the property (or 30 minutes via the direct L9S metro lin

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
