Just a short walk from the very heart of the city, it’s situated in a peaceful neighborhood with a wonderful local atmosphere. The apartment is just steps away from shops, the market, Catalan seafood restaurants, cafés, banks, and everything you’ll need during your vacation. Families are very welcome!<br><br>🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.<br><br>Check-in Fees:<br><br>To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins.
