Podere Roses is a splendid property consisting of a main farmhouse and an annex, both built in the traditional Tuscan style. The annexe, which can sleep 6 people, is divided into three comfortable two-room apartments, adjacent but not connected internally, allowing a family or friends to spend their holidays together, sharing pleasant moments of relaxation, but with the necessary privacy. Guests have access to a swimming pool for adults and a children\'s pool with hydromassage, surrounded by a large, well-kept garden where recreational activities are also available. The pool can be reached either via a flight of stairs or a slight slope on the lawn. It is the ideal holiday choice for those who want a relaxing holiday in the countryside; wonderful sunny days on the beach and to explore Tuscany’s famous art galleries and museums.

The annex is located a few steps from the main house. Each of the three apartments has a living room with a kitchenette and a private, shaded terrace where guests can sit for pleasant outdoor lunches, enjoying the tranquillity and views of the countryside. The kitchenettes are equipped with a cooker hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge.

Sleeping
Each two-room apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom.

The bathrooms
The 3 bathrooms are all equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

Location
Grosseto is only 25 minutes from the house. This lesser-known Tuscan town is a hidden gem. Visitors can stroll through the medieval streets and soak up the atmosphere of the Renaissance squares. The town\'s weekly market takes place every Thursday morning (from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.). It is the best place to find fresh local ingredients to cook at home.

For pure relaxation, head to the Petrioli Thermal Baths (20 minutes away). These natural springs have been popular since Roman times. You can book mud treatments, massages and other services to relieve stress.

Guests can visit the beach at Marina di Groseto (35 minutes) or Castiglione della Pescaia (43 minutes). Here you can enjoy a range of activities, as well as excellent restaurants and cafés.

The nearest airports are Florence Amerigo Vespucci (1 hour and 36 minutes) and Pisa International Airport (1 hour and 45 minutes).
