Experience refined living in this architect-designed 3-bedroom home in Chessington. Featuring stunning modern interiors, high-end finishes, and light-filled living spaces, this luxury retreat offers the perfect blend of sophistication and comfort.
Just a short walk to Chessington North train station for trains to central London taking 30 minutes.
Free parking on driveway, and plenty of nearby attractions to explore such as Hampton Court Palace, Richmond Park and Chessington World of Adventures
This architect-designed 3-bed, 2-bath home offers bright, open and airy living throughout. The spacious living room features large windows that open out to the back garden, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor feel. The modern kitchen includes a pristine island, generous counter space and a large dining table perfect for shared meals.
There are three comfortable bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: King-sized bed
• Bedroom 2: Double bed
• Bedroom 3: Single bed
All bedrooms are bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed.
The home includes two full bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a glass-separated walk-in shower.
Outside, the property offers a spacious back garden with outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing, dining, or enjoying fresh air.
Guests have access to the entire property.
• Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
• Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied.
• No pets allowed
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
• Please make sure to lock the doors and windows when you are not there.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
• Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
• If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
