Villa La Fornace is located among Siena, Chiantishire, Val di Chiana, “Crete Senesi” and Val d’Orcia. It is a wonderful and charming typical Villa with a private outdoor swimming pool. Outside there is a wonderful garden with a 12 x 6 swimming pool and two gazebo for “dining al fresco” during the summer. The style of the furnishing indoors, combined with the characteristic shape of the building, blend well to give Villa La Fornace a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The villa has been restored with local materials like stones, wooden beams and Florentine terracotta floors, fixtures and fittings are of excellent standard and the furnishing are really tasteful. Villa La Fornace is ideal for 2/3 families or a group of friends who want to enjoy each other’s company in perfect privacy but the villa is superbly located for exploring the very best of Tuscany: Siena, Castelnuovo Berardenga (Chianti Classico) and Montepulciano are less than 30 minutes driving. Cortona, Arezzo, Firenze, Montalcino and San Gimignano are reachable in maximum one hour. Swimming pool is open from May 1st till November 1st. Extra costs are payable at location: Final cleaning 200,00 euro, Pets 30,00 euro each one, heating cost 5,00 per mc.
