Residenza dei Banchi Nuovi is located on the ground floor of the beautiful building dated 1500th of the Banco di Santo Spirito, the ancient seat of the papal mint used for the minting of 'Giulii' Vatican coins.

Rome Apartment

Alessandro's apartment is right in the centre of all the attractions in Rome. All are within walking distance. The apartment is clean and tidy and has all the amenities you could need. Alessandro is super helpful and has his office just around the corner so is always available to help.

Fantastic Rome

The property was amazing and the location was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed in it, with a comfortable bed and nice shower. There were plenty of places to eat for breakfast, although there was a well stocked kitchen if you prefer to eat in. You could reach almost all of the attractions within a 20 minute walk. There were plenty of restaurants and bars close by, and they were reasonably priced. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Good location for everything.

Really good location for a city bolt hole. Everything within a maximum of a pleasant 25 minute walk. Host organised our airport transfer which was good. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great weekend.

Beautiful self-contained flat.

Absolutely ideal property for a couple or small family to spend a weekend or a week in Rome. Great to have your own front door and to be so central, with all the main town tourist attractions a few minutes walk away. Easy to pop back in and dump off shopping, or take a break for an hour. Our friends stayed out near The Coliseum and had to get taxis or buses in and out every day, adding significantly to costs and hassle. Alessandro is a great host, very communicative and happy to store bags for early check-in and late check out at his office just round the corner. The only thing to be aware of is it is NOT actually in Navona Square, but is just a short walk away. I suggest Alessandro changes the advertising to say 'very near Navona Square'

Fantastic location and nice apartment.

A great apartment in really good location. Alessandro was an excellent host, meeting us at his apartment and providing lots of recommendations for local restaurants, bars and attractions (all the ones we went to were brilliant). This property has it all: - Fantastic location, everything was in 15 walking distance - Old architecture and character combined with modern fixtures & fittings - Helpful and welcoming hosts Make sure you pay a visit to Alfredo e Ada the restaurant across the street, simply put the best food we had in Rome.

Location, location

Had a fabulous stay in the heart of the action. The apartment was steps away from shops, restaurants and sites. The apartment itself was roomy enough for a couple and adult child. The main floor has a table, chairs and kitchen.There is a set of narrow and winding stairs to get up to the bedrooms and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom updated and modern. The twin bedroom is through the bathroom and does not have a door to close off. Alessandro was a great host. He answered all questions before and during our stay. Would definitely chose to stay again when in Rome!

Rome adventure

This place was absolutely perfect! You can’t beat the location. Everything you want to see is within walking distance. We walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon…. Now - the apartment… ideal, adorable, very clean, there was even a little welcome basket of chips and crackers. Not noisy, friendly neighbors, excellent area to walk around the meandering streets, we felt VERY safe! Alessandro was communicative, he reached out the day before with clear, simple instructions for check in. We would not hesitate to book his place again. Out of all the neighborhoods we walked around during our stay, we favored his by far.

Great place in Roma!

We had a great stay at this place hosted by Alessandro. Neighborhood was great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to Saint Peter’s, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. Alessandro was helpful with food recommendations - all were excellent. We traveled with our infant and the baby crib was provided. Great placed for small families or couples.

2 days in Rome, you need a good location and this couldn’t be beat! 15 minutes to the Vatican, 25 to the Coliseum!

Perfect location and great place

We love this part of Rome and appreciated that this was at the quieter end of the street. Our host was very responsive and the guidebook was very helpful. It isn’t a large place but it looks just like the photos and was spotless. We would definitely stay here again but probably best for a very small group.
