What a stunning location - right on the cliff tops in the Hastings Country Park with far reaching views to the White Cliffs of Dover, Beachy Head and the twinkling night lights of France!! The park consists of over 650 acres in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty including ancient woodland and grassland with dramatic coastline and cliffs spanning seven miles and has a new visitor centre with a cafe, only a 4 minute walk away. One of the original terraced coastguard cottages, the house has been lovingly renovated and with its high ceilings is spacious, characterful and with all the facilities you would expect - plus a bath with amazing views to Dungeness and beyond. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 3 miles Coast: 0.1 mile

Open Plan Sitting/Dining Room with stripped wooden floorboards, working open fire and second fireplace with multi-fuel stove, original cupboards, three-seater sofa, double sofa, flat screen LCD TV/DVD, dining table, six chairs and French doors to conservatory and access to garden
Kitchen with stripped wooden floors, low voltage lighting, wooden worktops, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, glass fronted wall units for the extensive crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment

Bedroom 3 with super king-size bed which can be unzipped to form two singles if required, bedside tables, chest, clothes hooks and a roll top bath. Floor to ceiling Velux windows give amazing views to Dover and beyond whilst relaxing in the bath. The rear window has stunning views to Beachy Head
Garden: Fully enclosed with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Parking: For one car in drive and one by coal house in the lane.
Heating: Electric central heating, multi-fuel stove and open fireplace (1st basket of logs supplied)
