We had a great stay! The house was exactly as advertised, great for couples or a small family. Can’t beat the location right on Lake Keowee. The dock was great for swimming and they had kayaks and a paddle board available to use. Perfect spot for a long weekend or vacation and close enough to Clemson!

Hard not to want to visit again. Peaceful cove and fishing right off the dock. We will be definitely be visiting again. The perfect weather and awesome sunsets were a nice touch too! :-)

Property was exactly as described. Very clean, well organized and appointed. It is obviously a 'family' property and well-taken care of with some homey touches. It is about 20 minutes from a major grocery store, so plan accordingly. The final road approach (about 1/4 mile) is private, one-lane (gravel for the most part). The weather was very nice, but due to the high temps, the lake water was not refreshing (but we can't control the weather! and it has been overwhelming hot everywhere this summer), but the was quiet, some jet-skis and boats, but not an overwhelming amount. The front porch area was lovely for morning coffee and the covered pavilion with comfy seating closer to the water generally had a nice breeze from the water in the afternoon. Overall a great location for peace and quiet which is what we wanted. Any activities - rafting, hiking, shopping, etc. - you will need to travel 25-40 minutes to access. The owner was kind and generous (even when I left behind some items). Definitely A property.
