Welcome to spacious holiday house with a private pool, located in a peaceful neighbourhood of Vodnjan — the perfect choice for families and larger groups.
The property is consist of 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 inviting living rooms, 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, and plenty of space for everyone to relax.
The entire fenced outdoor area is completely private and reserved only for you. Enjoy sunny Istrian days by the private pool, relax on the loungers, prepare delicious meals on the BBQ, and dine together at the large outdoor table. Children will love the play area with a swing, making their stay fun and memorable.
Guests travelling with pets are welcome (pet fee applies 15,00 Eur / day / pet).
Private parking is available inside the fenced yard.
Guests with pets: additional cleaning fee 50,00 Eur
