Located in the stunning area of Bloubergstrand, this lovely apartment
accommodates up to two guests, making it a perfect holiday escape for
solo travellers or couples wanting to be close to the Blouberg Beach
and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
As you enter Beach Break 17, you will be greeted with a stylish, fully
equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and
under-counter oven, which makes this apartment a perfect self-catering
stay for guests seeking to prepare their own meals on vacation.
From the kitchen, you will find yourself in a dining area with seating
for two guests, ideal for morning breakfast, as well as a modernly
furnished lounge with a comfortable couch, chairs, cabinet, and a
mounted flatscreen television, creating the perfect spot for
entertainment and unwinding. The glass doors fill the lounge with an
abundance of natural light and lead to the balcony where you can enjoy
the fresh air after a busy day of exploring and sightseeing.
The property features one bedroom that is fitted with a comfy double
bed and wall-mounted bedside tables with lamps. Additionally, this room
has a sliding door that takes you to a bathroom with a toilet, mirror,
vanity with washbasin, and rain shower. Linen and towels are included
with your stay.
Guests can access a secure parking area. The apartment is also within
walking distance to the beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy
sunbathing or take a scenic walk along the seashore.
Bloubergstrand is a wonderful destination for visitors looking forward
to seeing professional kitesurfers ride on the board across the water
and perform cool tricks. There are also many eateries in the area that
you can visit.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
