It is a Georgian country house with a story. Built in the mid-18th century as a gift of love [the owner was trying to woo an heiress], Barton Court retains the charm and character of its origins. Decorative plasterwork, generous fireplaces and tall sash windows create an atmosphere that feels both elegant and inviting. It is beautifully designed for group stays. The Main House sleeps up to 26 guests across 11 bedrooms, nine of them en suite. The layout includes several ground-floor bedrooms, making the house suitable for multi-generational groups.
