VILLA RULES

• Access to the establishment is not allowed to people outside the reservation list.

• Smoking is not allowed inside of the villa.

• No noise is allowed from 12:00 am to 07:00 am.

• Proper use of the facilities and furniture is obligatory.

• Excessive alcohol consumption is not allowed.

• Bachelor parties are totally prohibited.

• The consumption of drugs or narcotics is not allowed.

• The establishment is not responsible for the content of the safes.

• Any damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the customer.





If the client does not comply with the regulations provided in the section on rules of conduct, the provider has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and request the client to evict the establishment. The client must pay for damages caused by his illegal conduct.
