A villa nestled within Visby's historic city walls offers accommodations for up to 10 guests. Enjoy the unique feature of a garden directly adjoining the ancient wall, providing a serene and picturesque setting. The villa boasts a balcony overlooking the charming surroundings, along with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, a bathtub for relaxation, and a spacious living room ideal for gatherings and relaxation.
The Space:
Stepping into the entrance, you have a bedroom to the right with a bed that is 180 cm wide and fits to guests. There is also a bed that is 90 cm wide for an additional guest to stay. Here is also good storage space and also window that has a view to the beautiful inner yard. to the left of entrance is the newly renovated kitchen with all essentials, you will need to prepare your own meals. There is an oven, a stove, microwave, two big fridges and a freezer. There is also dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and silverware. Here is also a nice dining table where you can enjoy your meals throughout the day. Situated on the lower floor is also a beautiful tiled bathroom complete with a bathtub, a shower, toilet and sink that has an old modern feel to it.
from the hallway you can enter into the beautiful living room and dining area where you have a fireplace, a dining table for up to eight people and a spacious living room with a large smart TV. Here in the living room, you also have a view towards the water and the neighborhood outside. Stepping onto the upper floor, you have a beautiful staircase, coming up to a nice sitting area next to the window. To the right when you entered on the upper floor you have a bedroom and 160 wide bed that fits 2 guests, here is also an additional bed for another guest that is 90 cm wide. You also have a big wardrobe and a desk to do your work from home. If you go to the left above the stairs, you have directly another tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink that is newly renovated. Next to the bathroom is a modern bedroom with a bed that is 180cm wide and fits two guests, here is also a nice balcony where you have sun all day. Into the last bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm wide bed that fits two guests that also has access to the balcony.

The house is ideally situated near Söderport, right beside the city wall, offering convenient access to a large supermarket just outside. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of inner city Visby with its array of restaurants, cafes, and shops, adding to its enchanting appeal. Its proximity to the harbor and bus station further enhances accessibility, facilitating exploration not only within Visby but also throughout the entirety of Gotland Island.
Getting Around:
The accommodation is conveniently situated approximately 600 meters or a 10-minute walk from Visby bus station, providing connections to local and regional buses, including the shuttle from the airport. The ferry harbor is also within a similar distance. Ample parking lots are available near the bus station. Being inside the walls allows easy exploration of Visby on foot, offering convenient access to all parts of this historic town.

Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.
4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage.
5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance.
