Baywatch (St. David's View), a first-floor, two-storey apartment, consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. The second floor hosts a sitting room with a TV and a snug. The bedroom is a king-size with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a balcony with furniture and designated off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.9 miles, river 1.4 miles. All of this awaits at Baywatch (St. David's View), a stylish retreat for exploring the beauty of Lynton and beyond.
