Villetta Sabbia e Mare is a vacation cottage located just 200 meters from the sandy beach and the sea of Torre Lapillo, on the coast of Porto Cesareo.
The villetta is complete with air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets, kitchen with microwave oven, coffee maker and dishwasher.

vacation cottage in Torre Lapillo is fully fenced. A spacious courtyard
is furnished with outdoor lounge, table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Also in the back is a spacious courtyard, partly shaded, where there is a barbecue, laundry corner, table and chairs.
The
interior of the cottage opens with a large living room with an open
kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, finely furnished in a modern
style. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 triple and 1 double bedroom, both with access to the back garden.
The rooms are air-conditioned. Completing the interior is 1 shower room.

Villetta
Sabbia e Mare is located in Torre Lapillo, a hamlet of Porto Cesareo
famous for its wonderful beaches and crystal clear sea. The vacation
home is just 200 meters from the beach, the cliff and the tower.
The location is just a block from the course, in a quiet street with free street parking.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
