Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host never sent code or address or responded to any of our messages 3 days before, 2 days before arrival, 1 day before arrival, day of arrival. Worst vacation experience ever and VRBO couldn’t get ahold of the Host and they didn’t want to give a refund as we spent 2 hours in Heathrow Airport after a long flight from Colorado trying to figure out what the heck was going on with the Host. We ended up having to find our own Hotel the day we arrived in London and VRBO didn’t want to give us a refund unless we stayed at their designated hotels. It was a total disaster. We are moving over to another service than VRBO
