Cozy Apartment located in the heart of Colorful Tavira Town Centre. The interior welcomes guests into a cute home from home with rooms leading to a spacious enclosed patio at the rear, ideal for sunbathing, dining or simply relaxing away from the crowds. Perfectly located, a short walk leads you to a dazzling array of restaurants, traditional artisan shops and the ferry boat to the golden sands and vibrant waters of Tavira Beach Island…all waiting to be explored and enjoyed.
Experience a cozy apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Tavira town, ideal for a couple with an additional guest sleeping on a sofa bed in the lounge. (Ideally 1 adult or 2 children). Newly refurbished in March 2024, this apartment boasts a tastefully maintained traditional frontage.
WELCOMING INTERIOR
Step inside to discover a cozy lounge area with simple furnishings and a small TV. The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for guests with advance notice. Stay cool with air conditioning throughout. On the left side of the layout is the main bedroom featuring 2 single beds assembled hotel continental style, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning.
The bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower, basin, and WC, with towels provided. The tiled kitchenette is equipped with utensils, crockery, a standing fridge freezer, 2 ring hot place, a tabletop combi oven, microwave, coffee machine, and hand blender. A washing machine is available in the outdoor store. Enjoy meals at the breakfast table or lounge on the extra sofa near the patio doors which lead to the outside space.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside to a spacious terrace decorated with traditional Santa Catarina tiles. Furnished with a dining table, chairs, parasol, sunbeds, and reclining chairs, it's the perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing. Please note, the patio is connected to the adjacent property, and the property owner may occasionally reside there and share the space.
Ideal for a couple or a small family, this apartment is within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, and the boat to the stunning beach island
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom house with all rooms conveniently located on the ground floor. There are no steps within the house. Parking is available on the street side, without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
