Great property

My girlfriend and two boys stayed at this wonderful Apartment in Lisbon. It was very clean, comfortable and well located to all the top spots in the city. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Family city break in Lisbon

Spacious quiet apartment in the heart of things

This apartment was spacious, well-furnished and maintained, wtih very quiet bedrooms. It's close to the tourist areas and water. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc if you want to cook. The street was safe and had some traffic during the day be still lower noise than usual for a big city. We were very comfortable there.

Apartment was perfect!

Communication for property and checkin seemless. The apartment is clean tidy and quiet, but the best thing was location. Supplies restaurants, shopping were only steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and daughter and myself. Excellent location and very well appointed! Marta- the property manager was fantastic! Great communication and we actually could check in a few hours early!! I highly recommend this property and company!!

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is well appointed and cleanly and beautifully decorated. The pictures are very accurate. The apartment is very centrally located to explore all of the old sections of Lisbon. The only downside was looking at a false facade as they are renovating the museum across the street.

The perfect Apartment for Lisbon!

We had a fantastic stay in Lisbon! This apartment was very central, allowing us to walk to most or take Uber's wherever we needed to go. We highly recommend picking up Paul's pastries/bread for breakfast (just around the corner) which was one of our favorites. You can walk to the Carmo ruins, arch, commerce plaza, Rue Augusta, Alfama, through Baixa, and more. We loved Lisbon and this apartment made our stay extremely comfortable and easy to navigate. The apartment had everything we needed and the check-in/communication process with the host (Marta) was super easy. Marta allowed us to check-in early due to our flight arrival prior to regular check-in, which after a 15 hour journey made all the difference. This apartment is very centrally located. We loved being in the middle of the old town. We were there when the daytime temperature was in the high 80s to low 90s, but the apartment stayed cool such that we only turned on the A/C at night when we closed the windows to block out the noise (once you closed the windows, it was quiet). The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, though you have to bring your own seasonings and other consumables. There are several small supermarkets nearby. The check-in was very smooth, and questions that arose during the stay were quickly answered. The bathroom is small, but we find that it's pretty normal in Europe. The washing machine worked well, and there was a big drying rack and an iron & ironing board. We really enjoyed staying this apartment.

Great location, Clean apartment

The property was very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, good water pressure and hot water was always sufficient! The best part we really liked was the location. It’s 5mins walk to the arc and Plaza Commercial. Close to Plaza Figuera where the Hop-on/Hop-off bus is located. It’s also close to Tram 28 stop. There’s a cafe right at the bottom of the apartment. Very important to note that this property is located at the centre, but it is not at downtown (15 mins by walking). Which gives it a peaceful quiet night. Also, it is on a flat land and not on the hilly part of Lisbon. Time-Out Market is about 20min walk. But the streets by rua Agusta (2min walk from apartment) is filled with restaurants. I highly recommended this place! I would definitely go back if ever I’m at Lisbon again.

Charming appartment

Overall great stay. Centrally located to many sites, shops, restos, bars. Very quiet at night. Cleanliness met our standards. 2 points we need to make however:Shower door seal needs to be replaced as water was leaking out onto floor tiles outside door which made for a soppy mess. The towel rug became quite drenched. We told the maintenance guy. It is not a major issue for us and it did not ruin our experience. Also bathroom sink basin is shallow and fills up with water quickly so we had to learn to run the faucet slowly or hardly to avoid overflowing.While we were out for a day long excursion, when we came back, we found the kitchen sink tap open with running water and the bathroom light on. This scared us as we thought someone had broken into the appartment. Turns out that there was a leak below our appt and the maintenance mgr was testing. He explained it to us when he came back but we would have appreciated a note or something on the door to explain as this scared us.Again did not ruin our stay overall but needs to be mentioned.Would still recommend this place.
