The space
Our loft is simply conducive to just hangout and relax! Very centrally located with a 24/7 convenience store at the ground floor, a bus stop just around the corner and walking distance to malls, restaurants and the BGC business district!

Guest access
We have a big pool and spacious sun deck on the 5th floor where you can hang out and get some sun and air!

Due to enhanced security and health protocols, RFID card is provided for access in the elevators or thru the lobby guard to get to the unit floor from either the lobby, pay parking basement or common area (mezannine).

Other things to note
We only accept 3 nights minimum stay and may require that guests present their valid IDs via email.

We have a mini bar cart in the property where you can conveniently grab snacks, canned goods and drinks and pay via Gcash or cash!

For your convenience, pay parking is available inside the building at the basement 24/7. Parking fee is P50.00 for 1st 3 hours, P20.00 per additional hour and P250 fixed overnight fee from 11pm-6am.
